Chef Ananda Solomon introduced Thai cuisine to the country with the original Thai Pavilion in the early 90s. He spent several months across Thailand, experiencing and studying its cuisine and culture. In a stunning journey of rediscovery, he goes back to the roots and presents an elevated version of the cuisine at one of the best Thai restaurants in Hyderabad. The menu is ever-changing and features seasonal fruits and vegetables. Try the celebrated Pla Nueng Manao (steamed fresh catch fish with lemon garlic coriander sauce). And round up your experience with Fokthong Sankaya (delicately steamed custard in baby pumpkin) and Tub Tim Grob (diced water chestnut with coconut milk). An interactive kitchen features live cooking, stimulating the senses with its smells and sounds.
