As a Chef with the Taj Group of Hotels he has worked at the Vivanta Holiday Village Goa, TAJ Club House Chennai, and Vivanta Hari Mahal, Jodhpur.
AS Executive Chef at Vivanta Dal View Srinagar, he has given innovative touch to some of the local cuisines like Trout Curry, Lamb Apricot and Waza Haak.
Carrying an extensive experience of over 15 years in the hospitality Industry , has been associated with leading hotels like Oberoi tower Mumbai, Le Meridian Mumbai, Inter-Continental the Grand, Mumbai, Carnival Cruise lines U.S.A. During his culinary journey he has won lot of appreciations such as Manager of the year in intercontinental the Grand Mumbai, innovative Chef of the year at Carnival cruise line USA.
