The executive chef at Vivanta by Taj – Surajkund, Chef Ganesh Joshi has been associated with the Taj Group of Hotels for nearly 27 years. His long, illustrious career spans many Taj hotels in India and he has had the privilege to cook for celebrities and international dignitaries that include presidents, royalty and corporate leaders.
Chef Joshi has organised and participated in numerous food festivals both in India and abroad. He has catered exclusively for private flights serving Bill Gates and the former presidents of the USA, George Bush and Bill Clinton.
Ask for his signature steaks, grills and barbecues, which he mastered during his stints in Africa. He sends his assistant chefs out of the kitchen, to neighbouring towns and villages of Faridabad and Haryana to uncover and learn the cooking secrets of the region from the locals.
